Fort Worth Pharmacy began operations in 2006 under the ownership of Lee Pippin, RPh. From the beginning, the early focus was on compounded dermatological preparations. Mr. Creighton Maynard, RPh. purchased the pharmacy in 2015 and rapidly expanded the compounded clinical services to include men and women's hormones, dental, veterinary, pain, erectile dysfunction and more. The focus of the business has always been the needs of the patient and providing a quality product at a reasonable price. We like to say that we are a people company in the compound pharmacy business.
Pharmacist
The pharmacy is led by Mr. Creighton Maynard, a seasoned pharmacist and business owner with more than 30 years of experience in community pharmacy, compounding, and pharmacy operations consulting. His interests include shotgun shooting sports, music, and travel.
Compounding Lab Manager
Robyn Lovett is the pharmacy’s compounding lab manager. She is responsible for its day-to-day operations, productivity, compounding staff, and quality of patient-specific compounded medications. With 15 years of pharmacy experience, Robyn brings a wide range of knowledge and training in both the sterile and non-sterile practice settings with a sterile compounding certification. She enjoys reading, video games, and spending time with her family.
Front-End Manager
Shelby Gerth is the front-end manager who supervises the prescription and retail inventory, specialty item ordering, front-end staff, and general operations. She brings 14 years of experience in hospital, retail and the independent pharmacy settings with a certification in sterile compounding. Shelby enjoys anything crafty, cars, and doting on her family.
Front-End Technician
Stephanie Guerrero is a front-end technician who specializes in customer service. She is responsible for patient intake and pickup. She brings 2 years of experience and continuously pursues new knowledge of pharmacy. Stephanie enjoys reading, sewing, and spending time with her family.
Compounding Technician
Jennifer Franklin is a compounding technician who makes patient-specific compounded medications. She has 20 years of pharmacy experience across hospital, retail, and compounding pharmacy settings. Her time in compounding pharmacy has given her experience in creating customized medication tailored to individual patient needs. Jennifer enjoys baking, which is not only a creative outlet, but mirrors her compounding pharmacy experience.
