Meet Our Staff
Mr. Maynard
Mr. Maynard is President and owner of Fort Worth Pharmacy, LLC located in the Cityview area of Fort Worth. Fort Worth Pharmacy was established in 2006 and specializes in compounded medications, specifically Dermatology, Men and Women’s Health/HRT, Wound Care, Pain, and Veterinary medications.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology (Texas A&M Univ.), Pharmacy (Univ. of Texas), and MBA from Texas Christian University and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (FIACP) and American College of Apothecaries (ACA), a member of the Texas Pharmacy Assoc., as well as the National Community Pharmacy Association.
Mr. Maynard has more than 30 years of pharmacy experience in retail, compounding, business consulting, teaching, and ownership. He has been certified in diabetes management and immunizations and has post-graduate training in compounding, business leadership, and communication. Creighton has been active on the state level with the Texas Pharmacy Association and Texas Pharmacy Foundation where he held multiple committees and board positions. In addition to precepting and teaching pharmacy students, he taught aspects of business management at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy.
ROBYN HARGROVE
Pharmacy Technician
Robyn brings 10 years of pharmacy experience to Fort Worth Pharmacy. Her diversity of experience includes hospital, retail, and independent pharmacies with certifications in Sterile compounding. Robyn manages our compounding lab and is responsible for the day-to-day lab operations. Robyn is detail-oriented which fits nicely with pharmaceutical calculations and measurements when making custom compounded medications.
